Statement of belief:
As a psychotherapist with over 35
years of experience, I work with individuals and couples.
I have extensive experience with caregivers, older adults
and their families both individually and in groups.
I strongly believe that people have the ability to change
and grow emotionally, physically and spiritually. Through
therapy I offer my clients the opportunity to have more choices
and to see more possibilities for their lives. I approach
a client's struggle in a heartfelt manner, paying attention
to the deeper messages beneath surface communication. In working
with couples I help each partner take responsibility for their
own actions in a non judgmental, non blaming atmosphere. I
believe that people have the answers to their problems within
themselves and our work together is to help uncover them,
thus making their lives more satisfying.
In 1990, I joined CHRA and am pleased to be part of this caring
community.
